Applies when art is used for any commercial purposes, like merchandise production, monetized streaming, re-selling, any other reason when customer wants to sell the art to third parties. Same percentage applies to all illustrations apart from static and animated emotes which don't include commercial licence for merchandising but have build in license for monetised streaming instead.
These fees are added to the base price of the commission depending on what client and artist agree upon

Do's and Dont's for commissions
Yes, I will do following:1. Original characters, fanart, yumeships, fanart ships2. NSFW okay ONLY if the character drawn isn't minor or child-like looking, this applies specifically to characters that are designed to look underage even when their lore says they are officially adults. Clients requesting NSFW commissions have to be 18+!!3. Furries (Note that I am NOT specialised furry artist but I will do my best to draw your character)4. Mechanical and robotic parts on character are okay unless it's 90% of the image ( Robotic arms = okay, full mecha godzilla = not okay)5. Light gore ( I don't mind drawing a splatter or two of blood or deep gushing wounds but I won't do full blown intestines everywhere or missing bloody limbs)6. LGBTQ+ illustration( as a big supporter of the community and part of it I would be honoured if I could draw your LGBTQ+ characters ❤️)9. Animals - if your character has an animal companion i will be more than happy to draw it with them, make sure to mark them as an additional character in proposal requests.I won't draw:1. Family or animal portraits, real people or their caricatures2. Anything that goes against my beliefs or is hateful or filled with negative intent towards minorities or anyone else.5. Political figures or politically aimed drawings, heavily religious or anti-religious artwork.6. Buildings and architecture ( I will draw them as part of the background if needed but since I do use blur effects on my BGs to give them more depth they won't be too detailed)As an artist providing service I have all rights to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable working on it or if it goes directly against one of the things stated here without giving my clients reason for the cancellation.

| Q: How long does it take to get custom art from you? |
| A: TAT depends on many factors like complexity of the requested artwork as well as number of people in the queue, my usual turnaround time from the day I mark the art as WIP is from one up to two weeks. |
| Q: Do you take rush commissions? |
| A: Yes, but I make sure it won't interfere with the deadlines of other clients, I usually take only one rush commission per month, my rush commission fee is 65€. |
| Q: Do you do refunds? |
| A: Clients can cancel their commission and ger full refund in the first 24 hours after paying for commission. If they request a refund after I already started working on the art they can get partial refund based on the ammout of work and time I already spent on the commission. |
| Q: Can I sell art I commissioned you to do? |
| A: All my commissions apart from emotes which already have commercial rights for monetised streaming build in the price are strictly for personal use. We can arrange for commercial license for illustrations but you have to DM or e-mail me or request it through ko-fi or VGen request BEFORE you proceed with payment for your commission since the price will change accordingly to what you want to use it for and what mt commercial use right fees are. |
| Q: Is there anything you won't draw? |
| A: There are few things I am not okay with such as heavy NSFW art in this case this applies specifically to the characters that are underage or look like a minor, heavy Gore stuff like guts everywhere is a big NO NO for me, I'm okay with a bit of spilled blood however, I don't draw anything mecha(Cars, airplanes, robots ect), heavily religious or anti-religious, political or anti-political themes and realistic portraits of family members, pets or caricatures. |
| Q: If I pay for commercial licence do I also get copyright for the art? |
| A: No. Commercial licence fees are to allow you to monetize the art you commission me for streaming or merchandising, they do not give you a copyright to the artwork itself. |
| Q: How does the commercial licence actually work? |
| A: When you commission me you have to decide for what purpose are you commissioning me for. For example if your intention is to showcase the commissioned art on your social media, or have it printed so you can display it in your room, that's personal use and doesn't require commercial fees. BUT if your intention is to use the art as part of your stream advertising whether you are twitch affiliate or ask people to donate to your ko-fi, making it into a VTuber model, sell it as an adoptable, make a merchandise from it or earn money with it by other means that's all commercial use and requires paid commercial licenses fee. All of the fees are displayed on my commissions as well as the broad info in my carrd profile. | Q: Do I have to pay for commissions upfront? |
| A: My baseline is taking payments upfront although I do offer payment plans for the commissions that are over 100€ through VGen. I require all my clients to contact me before submitting requests through DMs on my social media or through VGen chat so that we can arrange the perfect plan for individual clients. The base payment plan is half of the full price upfront and half before delivering final files but we can also adjust this to your needs or make it a milestone based plan. |
| Q: Do you sell merch? |
| A: I used to sell handmade merch from Genshin Impact but since the January 2026 after having problems with shipping prices literally skyrocketing I started selling prints via INPRNT and some print on demand merch through redbubble. Links to both of my shops are at the top of my carrd page. |
