| A: I sell Genshin Impact related handmade merchandise, such as stickers, keychains,art prints,pins,twitch emotes and bookmarks. I also offer custom made illustrations in the form of commissions and draw lots of fanarts from Genshin and original characters. |

| Q: Where do you ship to? |
| A: Pretty much everywhere in the world. |
| Q: How long does shipping take? |
| A: Domestic shipping (slovakia) takes from 3-7 business days. International shipping can take from 14-32 business days. |
| Q: Do you do returns or exchanges? |
| A: I don't do exchanges for any reason, I do returns for refund IF the parcel comes damaged, customers are required to provide clear photos of damaged parts on packaging or items inside the package and are responsible for return shipping. All customers are required to send damaged items back with tracking within 21 days upon recieving damaged items and will be refunded after I successfully receive the damaged goods back. If you return the items for any other reason than items arriving damaged you'll be refunded after I receive the package back, upon I inspect the condition of items, if they arrive in full condition you'll be refunded price of the items, not the shipping, if they arrive not in a 100% condition you'll get refund based on the damage of individual items. |
| Q: What if my parcel gets lost or is stolen? |
| A: For lost or stolen parcel all customers who have orders under $250 are required to open a case for lost/stolen parcel via etsy. All my packages come with tracked shipping and are eligible for buyer protection, this way you'll be refunded without hurting my shop. With orders above $250 please contact me before doing anything, I use insurance for eligible orders like this and may be able to resolve the issue with my courier company. |
| Q:What if I have different problems with parcel or order? |
| A: I ask every customer who encounters any issues with their shipment or items delivered to kindly contact me before opening a case or publishing any reviews. I am alway happy to take a look at the situation and help you to the best of my abilities to make sure my customers are happy. |
| Q: Is the shipping tracked? |
| A: Yes, all my items come with tracked international shipping. |
| Q: Do you offer custom made merchandise or commissions? |
| A: I don't offer custom made merch. I DO offer commissions, you can find prices and everything about them on my ko-fi or VGen, |
| Q: How long does completing a commission take you? |
| A: Estimated times is from two weeks up to one month, this time changes depending on complicacy of requested work and how many other commissions are already in queue or wether you paid rush fee. |
| Q: Can I sell art I commissioned you to do? |
| A: All my commissions apart from emotes which already have commercial rights build in the price are strictly for personal use. We can arrange for commercial license for illustrations but you have to DM or e-mail me or request it through ko-fi or VGen request BEFORE you proceed with payment for your commission since the price will change accordingly to what you want to use it for and what we agree upon. |
| Q: Is there anything you won't draw? |
| A: There are few things I am not okay with such as heavy NSFW art in this case this applies especially to the characters that are underage or look like a minor,Gore stuff(heavy gore like guts everywhere is a big NO NO for me, I'm okay with a bit of spilled blood however) and I don't draw anything mecha(Cars, airplanes, robots ect) |
| Q: If I pay for commercial licence do I also get copyright for the art? |
| A: No. Commercial licence fees are to allow you to monetize the art you commission me for streaming or merchandising, they do not give you a copyright to the artwork itself. |
| Q: How does the commercial licence actually work? |
| A: When you commission me you have to decide for what purpose are you commissioning me for. For example if your intention is to showcase the commissioned art on your social media, or let it printed so you can have it displayed in your room, that's personal use and doesn't require commercial fees. BUT if your intention is to use the art as part of your stream advertising whether you are twitch affiliate or ask people to donate to your ko-fi, making it into a VTuber model, sell it as an adoptable, make a merchandise from it or earn money with it by other means that's all commercial use and requires paid commercial licenses fee. All of the fees are displayed on my commissions as well as the broad info in my carrd profile. Feel free to shoot me a message if you are still unsure wether you need commercial licence for your art or not, I'm always happy to help in this regard. |
| Q: Do I have to pay for commissions upfront? |
| A: My baseline is taking payments upfront but for the commissions that are over 100€ I offer payment plans through VGen. I require all my clients to contact me before submitting requests through DMs on my social media or through VGen chat so that we can arrange the perfect plan for individual clients. The base payment plan is half of the full price upfront and half before delivering final files but we can also adjust this to your needs. |
